Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 8, 2026
Plumaris Marketing ("Plumaris", "we") is committed to protecting the personal information of visitors, applicants, and clients who interact with this site and our services. This policy explains what information we collect, why, how it is protected, and what your rights are.
Person Responsible for the Protection of Personal Information
Plumaris Marketing is operated by Adrien, a solo entrepreneur based in Québec, who acts as the person responsible for the protection of personal information. For any question or complaint, you can reach him at plumarismarketing@gmail.com.
Information We Collect
Application form: company name, region, number of employees, stated main need, budget range, name, email, phone number.
Client portal (private, authenticated area): contractual documents, content submitted by the client, access to third-party platforms shared voluntarily (e.g. ad accounts), campaign performance data.
Technical data: browsing data and cookies collected through our analytics and hosting tools (see "Sharing with Third Parties" below).
Purpose of Collection
We use your information to assess and qualify your application, prepare the discovery call, perform the services contract (portal access, delivery, performance reports), and contact you about your file.
Consent
By submitting the application form, or by becoming a client, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for the purposes described above. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us, subject to any ongoing contractual or legal obligations.
Sharing with Third Parties
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the following providers, necessary to operate our services: Supabase (portal database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics 4 (ad management and traffic analysis). Some of these providers may process data outside Québec; we ensure such transfers benefit from adequate protection, in accordance with Law 25.
Data Retention
Unsuccessful applications are kept for a limited period and then deleted. Client information and documents are kept for the duration of the contract, then for the period required by our legal and tax obligations, after which they are securely destroyed or anonymized.
Security
We implement reasonable security measures (authentication, access control) to protect your information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
Your Rights
Under Law 25, you have the right to access the information we hold about you, to have inaccurate or outdated information corrected, and to withdraw your consent. To exercise any of these rights, write to us at plumarismarketing@gmail.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may file a complaint with Québec's Access to Information Commission (Commission d'accès à l'information).
Cookies
This site uses cookies and similar technologies, notably through Google Analytics, to measure traffic and improve the user experience.
